Why We Built This Site
Texas permits access to many court dockets and case files, yet the correct custodian depends on the court. Coke County's free iDocket calendar shows County Court and 51st District Court settings. Its linked case search may require subscriber access, while re:SearchTX offers a statewide layer for participating records. Carolla Orcutt, the combined County/District Clerk, is the local source for case-specific copies and certification. Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 and the Robert Lee and Bronte municipal courts keep their own lower-court records. We bring those distinct routes together while preserving their limits.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Texas court, government agency, or clerk. Its role is limited:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. Each provider controls its service, result coverage, and price. A paid signup reached through a search tool may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We neither set those charges nor control the returned data. Official Coke County records must still be confirmed with the court or clerk that maintains them.
